We arrived at 9:45pm. Had a difficult time finding the hotel from the airport. Most food options were closed. Signage in hotel stated that their restaurant was open till 11, but they closed it at 9pm with no explanation. Staff weren’t welcoming at the front desk. Didn’t even make eye contact. Hotel elevators and hallways were dirty and outdated. Vending machines were out of order. Room was clean, but bathroom plumbing was severely outdated and looked like a gym locker room. Shower would shoot scalding hot water out, periodically, which burned my back. The WORST part was the cleaning crew. They began knocking on our door at 8:30am. There were no “do not disturb” signs when we told them we were still in the room they proceeded to go into the room next to our and slam thing around and talk extra loud. They, then, banged on our door 4 more times throughout the morning, while I was on virtual work calls. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a hotel, to date.
