Enjoyed the area this hotel is located in, transportation was easy to navigate and there were plenty of great restaurants near us. Its a busy hotel but the area itself is quiet, there isnt tons of traffic around.

Great for traveling for business or leisure. The bathrooms a little outdated but it meets the standards.

We always try to stay at one of the Barcelo hotels if there is one where are going to. We have stayed in Mexico City, Barcelona, Guatemala, Guadalajara, Costa Rica. We're sold on the properties and the service. The price is reasonable as well

Great place good stay!! Only thing I would say I didn’t like is the shower head and handle we’re pretty old and sort of came apart. I didn’t complain cuz it worked fine.

4/10 Fair

I purchase the lounge plan- breakfast included- but every day while there, there were issues with finding my reservation; it was a headache.
Victor, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I enjoyed my time here and had positive interactions with all staff. Do know that some rooms are more dated than others, as some of my friends had older style rooms than mine (ask for 17th floor if possible!)
Brad, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Hotel gas electric issues plus air conditioning temperature it’s controlled at the front desk.
FRANCISCO, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Staff just needs to be a tad more friendly.
Miguel, 7-night trip

It is in front of the expo warehouse
Julio, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

This hotel is conveniently across the street from the Expo Guadalajara but it needs maintenance. Our door had to be forced open and closed. Another door down the hall from us had a 1 inch gap at the top of it through which you could see into the room. We ordered room service twice. Once was fine but the other time I ordered a burger and fries but the fries were gummy and the burger was burnt.
peter, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Service and cleanliness very disappointing
my experience was disappointing. For my first room, I requested feather-free bedding, which was confirmed. However, upon arrival, the bedding was not as promised, and the front desk staff insisted it was until the maid clarified. Additionally, the electrical plugs didn’t work, forcing us to move rooms after facing extremely rude service from the front desk. Overall, 99% of the front desk employees were unfriendly, which is unusual for Jalisco, I only stayed here for an event, but I won't consider this property again.
