We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hankyu. Check in process was quick and easy, and the hotel has a bag storage system if you arrive early, which was convenient. Wifi was also good. Location was great, as you have the JR Station, Hankyu railway & Metro practically located outside the door. That being said, the only downside was the noise from the trains, bit for me after a little time it fades into white noise.

Good location with new shopping malls and food

The hotel is new and locates next to Osaka station. The location is super convenient for shopping. I walked a lot everyday, shopping around the malls beside the hotel. There is a food mall just 1 level below the lobby. I stayed in double-bed room, it is slightly smaller than other hotels I stayed before but good enough to me with its conveniency. The room is clean and quiet. I consider to come back for my next Osaka trip definitely.

Fantastic location. Kansai Airport limousine stops outside the hotel. Less than 5 min walk to JR station, subway and shopping centres. Easy check in and out service. One downside is that the room is very crammed and small so it was difficult to open your luggage for two people.

The hotel is perfectly located with regard to the airport bus station and the railway station. The latter can be reached sheltered in case it rains. Plenty of restaurant around. Friendly helpful staff, but also machine-check-in is possible, but not mandatory. Reception is on flloor 9, all rooms in higher floors. For Japanese standards big rooms, functional bathroom. I would come back.

Great Stay

Hankyu Respire is indeed a good place to stay. it is so conveniently located that transport, food, shopping are just steps away. Our room on the 34th floor was big enough to stay comfortably and has a good and far city view. The bed and pillows are comfortable. though the 2 pillows were soft, we actually slept very well on them. Like the layout that the toilet, washing basin and shower are all separated. also, the bathtub has a separate showerhead so you don't hv to "climb" into the bathtub to shower. The weather was cold during our stay during the first half of March, but the room is comfortably warm. Would definitely come back to Hankyu Respire. Hope the new Hankyu Grand would be just as good or even better.

Excellent well connected hotel

Great rooms with closet and Japanese style bathroom. Availability of laundry machines shown on TV channel. Great breakfast buffet. Japanese garden on 9th floor. Very responsive front desk. Great hotel for bad weather - you never need to go outside. Giant quality restaurant food hall on 8th floor. The mall / Yodobashi on floors B1 thru 8 can be accessed by escalator from the lobby, and there is a secret door that directly connects the hotel B1 elevator lobby to the grocery store in the mall, room key unlocks it (and the elevator button for B1). 24 hour Family Mart on the 1st floor of the mall is always accessible from street entrance steps from hotel entrance. You can get to all 3 train stations (JR, Hankyu, Metro) and multiple shopping areas via walkways on floor 2 or passageways on B1.

交通方便、購物方便、光線好、手機能上傳電視這點很棒！唯獨空間太小，尤其是廁所，這是我們第二次住了，這次我們住了4晚，發現盒子裡的咖啡和綠茶膠囊沒有每天補齊，這點很可惜！
