The property was clean but missing shampoo and body wash, and we had a very poor experience with the staff. The location is close to the airport, but because it is so close to the airport, it was a bit difficult and expensive to get taxis to and from the property.
Someone came to meet us at check in, checked passports and keys, and promptly left.
Later that evening, we asked the staff about taxi services and instead got many aggressive messages asking us to pay the tourist tax. After 3 whatsapp messages in 20 minutes during dinner time, the staff then called me. If this tax was so very important, why didn't the staff collect this at check in time instead of rushing out the door?
We then got asked to send a bank transfer for only 6 euros even though they had previously said cash was fine. The staff threatened us 2 times that if they did not receive the payment, they would report it. Although the property was mostly fine (except for the missing soaps), this customer experience left a bitter end to our stay.
