The hotel was very nice it was being refurbished but what they had done was to a high standard the restaurant staff were very friendly the food was basic but there was a good selection and always served hot the only downside was the entertainment team there was nothing on during the day and evening entertainment was very poor considering there were 5 in animation team so we were very fed up especially in the evening

Idk where to start I came from the united states to spend few days (honey moon) at this property let me tell you the pictures advertised on Expedia are misleading. They advertise 4 stars but I wouldn’t give it a single star. The food was terrible! My wife was vomiting with bad stomach pain the whole night be aware don’t eat there !! Pasta is over cooked the fish is dry the Moroccan tagin have only vegetables no meat ! The salad bar has horrible un-tasty flavors ! And the soup tastes like concrete! ! I worked over 20 years in the hospitality industry in the US and never seen something disgusting like this ! The only ONE thing about this hotel is well located other than that PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Had major concerns here
I rarely give a poor review but I had some concerns about this property. I stayed for one night. Pros: they were very accommodating for early check in which I appreciated very much. Close to beach. Cons: moldy room (strong odor, tried to keep door open whole time but it was hot), dirty floor (soles of my feet were black), bathroom felt dirty, AC didn’t work, safe was broken. Three different times people walked into my room with their staff key cards without knocking (I have no idea why; one time I was fresh out of the shower). Kicked out of fitness area before closing hour. Gentleman who was greeting at door was very rude, threw my backpack next to ATM when I inquired about luggage storage, gave me attitude when I said I didn’t want breakfast, blocked me from leaving at end accusing me of not paying tax which I had paid earlier at checkout with front desk. I’ve stayed in all sorts of hostels etc. and often overlook little annoyances, but for many reasons I was not comfortable here. In addition this is a very touristy all inclusive French party vibe, so be prepared for noise.

The wifi is really poor, a couple of the waiters had a rude and abrupt attitude towards us, the food had flies around it in the dining room and the food was very samey. The pool area is pretty and the cleaning and reception staff were fairly nice, room was large and was fairly well maintained.

Will stay Stay Again June 2023
May 2023 - June 2023 We Just stayed 5 days at Kenzi Europa Hotel, Agadir. Wonderful Stay at Great Hotel. Me and my husband just returned from Agadir, we came on Wednesday 31st May and left on Sunday 4th June. Our room was on the 7th floor and the view was amazing from our balcony, we could see the ocean. The hotel is very close to the beach, a few minutes away, you also get to sit in the Hotel roped off section on the beach on loungers. The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day to clean. The Breakfast is amazing in the morning, lots of variety. The Dinner is also very good again lots of variety. We did get charged for drinks at dinner because we were half-board but that was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Muhammed Achraf was very helpful to us. Every time we had a problem or a query the front desk helped us. Hope to go again will family next week.

It is nicely located hotel and has really nice breakfasts. That would be it about positives. They have an older staff member that twice tried to cheat us on money, the key to the room worked 50% of times, toilet was very badly washed, dinners were very poor (and meat not good at all, probably old), water in pools - cold. Somehow disappointed.

The hotel is okay for what you pay everything is near by. They don’t have a functioning iron or an iron board. Some of the staff are rude and say stuff to fob you off. The slightly big guy in the blue jacket was rude cos I said we paid this much money for rooms and you don’t have a working iron bow was I meant to wear my clothes which weee creased. Mainly that employee who was rude maybe is the manager.
