Overall decent. They were remodeling the floor below. There was music playing (loudly) from 8-5 every day. Also, anytime I book with Hotel’s.com, I get out in a room that is less than desirable. This time, right next to elevator. Heard people getting on/off the entire stay.

I was aware the hotel was under construction but it was reported as “business hours” but that was untrue. Sunday was loud and most doors were open (not a great sense of security) and Monday they started working/drilling waking me up before 7am. And again when they start working all doors are propped open which is not great for your sense of security. I did talk to the desk about this but since I prepaid with hotels.com they were not willing to do anything about it I’m all for an update as this hotel as it really does need it but not to the detriment of my security and sleep

Cleanliness and overall condition of this property were poor. Much of the carpeting was extremely dirty with areas that had severe ripples. Shower had spots where caulk was missing, which is an invitation for the breeding of mold. The facility conditions were not what I would expect from the Marriott brand. I also felt disappointed that there was not 24/7 cold drinking water available in the lobby. I did appreciate the reduction of single use plastics by providing refillable shower and bath products and the room presentation of the bedding and bathroom linens was pleasing to the eye.

I had a good time there. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They brought pack n plays and sheets to our room for our twins. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was awesome, with so many great options. The pool was clean and well-kept. The coffee was decent even the decaf. I do feel like the hotel is on the darker end on the inside and could use some updating. Overall our stay was great.

I had a roll in shower in our room. The floor of the bathroom was extremely slippery when it was wet as was the piece across the shower to keep the water in the shower is also extremely slippery. Everything else was fine.

The only thing I was upset about was we spent the day before in the hospital all day and we went to bed late. Next morning at 830 in the morning we heard drilling and pounding on the ceiling. Sound like work being done it was annoying

We had a great stay for the couple of days here. We were going to be heading to Zion and Bryce and chose to stay here as we were driving in from LAS. We went during the global outage so there were key issues, but the staff were really great about letting us into our rooms right away whenever we got back to the hotel. Plenty of parking and location was close to everything you need. The staff were nice, prompt and friendly. Our room was clean and a decent size. The linen smelled fresh and clean which I really appreciate. Really liked that there were full size shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, lotion in the rooms. Bed and pillows were comfortable. As mentioned in previous comments, the carpet may be a bit outdated, but it was still fine. Breakfast had a great variety and served from 6a-10a which was nice for those who needed to get out early or took an extra snooze. Laundry room and gym were also nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again if we are in town. Thank you.

Second time at this property. Desk stuff was outstanding. Our room was dated. The roll in shower for my wife was in good shape but the mattress was a year past needing replaced. Common areas were clean but worn. Not bad for a traveling overnight, but getting close to a total remodel.
