Charming but In Need of Renovation
The hotel is charming in its antiquity but clearly in need of renovations. While it retains character, certain aspects such as the bathroom, sewage system, electricity, and lighting are outdated and in need of attention. The tiles in the bathroom were broken, which gave a feeling of uncleanliness, and the ceiling light was hanging loose, exposing the electricity cables. The breakfast, though decent, and the breakfast room itself was uncomfortably chilly. On the plus side, the room was spacious with high ceilings, and the inner garden provided a lovely view. Overall, while there are some positives, the property would benefit greatly from an update to improve its functionality and comfort.

Quirky Quirinale
Hotel is old but mostly well kept. The room was connected to another one. Floors creaked and could see light shining underneath connecting door. Staff were friendly but a lot were new and were in training so service was slow. The public rooms are ornate and the hotel has been modified over the years so is a little quirky.

The Hotel has gone downhill since we were there last in 2016. Will never return. Some of the front desk staff were so disinterested in us that we almost left at checkin!!! There was something in the air that immediately triggered my sinus's to bother me and a massive headache. They so called gave us an “upgraded room” that was next to the massive compressors outside our window so sleeping was impossible and made my headache worse. All this on the first night!

I enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious. It was easily accessible to many paces and areas. We walked a lot from the hotel and it wasn’t a bad walk. Breakfast was free each morning. There’s food and shops right near by.

Old, noisy, dirty
Aldrig aldrig mere på dette hotel. Vi fik et værelse til 1850 per nat. Og vi lå lige ud til gaden, hvor skraldebiler tømte affald hele natten flere gange i timen. Man kunne ikke på nogen måde sove. Hotellet er gammelt og slidt, lever nok højt på museums looket. Receptionen var på ingen måder særlig venlige i deres service. Vi fik efter klage, nyt værelse som lå bedre uden gaden udenfor, men vi havde i forvejen netop skrevet mail og ringet vedr. Særlige hensyn til værelset. Vores datter blev syg indenfor nogle timer på første værelse, som havde en rengørings duft som var helt ulidelig at være i med astma og allergi. Morgenmaden var fabriksproduceret og meget ringe. Vi har rejst verden rundt på 4 og 5 stjernet hoteller, og aldrig har vi oplevet noget så ringe. Spil af penge og virkelig dårlig oplevelse.
