OK so here's the deal - the hotel says they have a lift, ummmm, sure if you actually stayed in that location. We did not, they have another location (maybe others too??) down the road so had to trek our stuff down the road, the guy gave us the passcode and was like here, open the door, go up the stairs and find your room - ummm no room numbers, no help with luggage, super weird! Anyway, once we tried our key on multiple doors, we found ours, the room was big (that's a surprise in Europe!), we had 3 of us, so a King (we had them split it to 2 beds) and a pull out (wasn't bad at all). Next day, we go to leave, ummmm, he had quickly said do this to open and do that to close and then the reverse to leave, took us a few mins to figure it out - sheesh! All in all, the location was great, the room was spacious but super weird set up down the road, difficult door and zero help with bags - the housekeeping lady was there when we were leaving each day so at least she understood what we needed since going to the main lobby was hit or miss if anyone would be there.
