Motel 6 for Holiday Inn prices
Extremely overpriced. It's clean ish, but the quality is on par with motel 6. Recently renovated rooms that still look beat up. Very much a lipstick on a pig situation, the outside literally looks derelict. The tub was broken, they threw down a mat to cover it up, rather than replacing the tub. Single ply horrible tp. The beds were the absolute cheapest they could possibly be with terrible, stained pillows. All this for $200 a night is insane.

Just stayed a few hours
We were only there a few hours to get a little rest before boarding the Amtrak in the wee hours of the morning. So all we noticed was the bed. But the front desk was great on check in - fast, friendly, accommodating. ❤️

The breakfast was really good (and the lady who was in charge of the breakfast area was very nice). The front desk staff was nice but not entirely friendly or thorough. I wasn’t told about the breakfast (I only found out when I passed by the area and then looked at my reservation to see that free breakfast is included. So I had to go back and ask). Also my refrigerator stopped working and leaked all the water and melted ice overnight. I had to use almost all the towels in my room to clean it up. The guy at the front desk appeared to call someone about it but I didn’t get any update after notifying them about it. So I didn’t know what to do or if I should expect anyone soon to fix it or help me clean it up. The owners were apologetic. Aside from the lady at breakfast, they were the only staff members who were friendly and cordial. The front desk rep was able to get me a first floor room near the exit which I really appreciated! There’s also coffee and tea all the time in the lobby which was a nice perk! It was nice to have a place to take my dog for bathroom breaks but the bag dispenser was always empty. The room is fairly spacious with plenty of room for your belongings. It was fairly clean but there was an area on the desk with some sticky residue that looked like it couldn’t be cleaned up.

Poor quality for price
Poorly maintained hotel, room was not very clean. I had to request a new shower curtain due to bodily fluid “presents” left behind by a previous guest. Doors throughout the hotel were malfunctioning or completely missing hardware. “Fitness center” was a dusty room with two nonfunctional cardio machines and a cable machine that was unusable because there were no handles for the cable ends. When I booked this hotel showed an 8.8 rating. Very misleading. Will not stay at this hotel again for business or personal travel.
