It's located great, just at 1 block from the Cathedral of Puebla, the hotel is perfectly clean and the staff really make you feel at home, stairs and elevator perfrctly located, the rooms are small but perfect for sleep, take a shower and go out to walk the beautiful Puebla, the only areas to improve is the noise because some of the hosts put the TV so loud and the beds that are quite hard, i got a back ache for the hard mattress, besides that Hotel Teresita is a great Hotel to stay

Our stay was fine, the room was small but comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The only issue we had was the noise: recommended to bring earplugs with you!

They had a drinking water supply which was usually empty. Finally had to buy water to have enough. Coffee in the morning seemed to disappear quite quickly. We saw that the staff were drinking it.

The staff member Elizabeth knowing my disability she was absolutely no wheeling to find me a suitable room. I have being a loyal customer for the Hotel but her attitude is Terrible if she doesn’t want to work serving the public she need to find a different job that simple . Her behaviour was appalling. Her wander was she is there to stay, I asked for the name of the manager or some one with authority but she simply ignored my request. I do hope she never became disabled or be mistreated the way she did to me. No one cares about customer service
