Irresponsabilidad y gestion, desastrosa.
Fatal, la habitacion no tenia microondas, a las 12.00 de la madrugada salto el extractor de la cocina, tubo un mal contacto y no se podia apagar, empezaba oler a quemado y estabamos rodeados de niños y el hotel de madera, llamamos al telefono de emergencias ( pagando una llamada carisima de telf. Español a telf. andorrano)que ponia (ya que alli no habia nadie) y nos dijeron que no podian passar y que cerraramos los plomos de la habitacion, en definitiva nos quedamos sin calefaccion y electricidad en general en noviembre con todo nevado. Al dia siguiente ya nos ivamos y fuimos a la recepcion, nos dio el telefono del jefe y nos dijeron que le llamaramos k ya estaria informado, le llemamos y nos dijo que habia ningun tipo de compensacion, que es lo que habia. Hay mas cosas k estaban mal pero comparada con el desastre y los nervios que nos hicieron pasar estos impresentables nada es comparable.

Me gustó el lugar donde se encuentra. No me gustó el estado del alojamiento, tenía un balcón encima del río, el cual no podías utilizar porque estaba precintado, por mal estado. Así que como sino tuviese. El estado de los apartamentos es decepcoinante, necesitan unas reformas.

L’appartement était décrit avec 1 chambre mais il faut comprendre 1 pièce avec 2canapes. L’isolation phonique est très mauvaise et on a l »impression de dormir avec les voisins. L’equipement Est obsolète ou manquant (vieux lave vaisselle pas de tire bouchon, 4 couverts, 5 assiettes, aucun bol ou mug) cependant le prix est très intéressant et le personnel sympathique. L’endroit est bien situé au début des randonnées

Apartamento precioso
Positivo: Excelente apartamento con todas las comodidades en el interior, con plaza de parking incluida en el precio. Negativo: Solo hay wifi en zonas comunes, no hay tiendas cercanas para ir a pie a comprar. El sofá cama para dormir dos personas es incómodo. A pesar de eso repetiría sin duda, buenas rutas alrededor para realizar senderismo, el río está al lado también.

No conseguí encontrar el apto. La foto que aparece no se corresponde con la entrada. El tf llame 7 veces y no atendió nadie. Tras varios intentos localicé por tf al dueño que prometió devolverme el importe en una semana. Han pasado casi tres y aunque volví a hablar con él y decirme que tranquilo que me reintegra, aún no lo ha hecho.

Juste un canapé clic-clac comme couchage dans la pièce de vie plus deux lits superposés dans la même pièce. C'est limite. De plus, l'appartement étant à côté de l'entrée, c'était très bruyant (porte qui claque en se refermant) En revanche la douche était impeccable.
