Loved our stay at Quinta Real in Oaxaca. Staff was very helpful, pleasant. Security at front door all day and staff made sure transportation arrived and travels were secure. Greeted with hospitality cocktail at checkin. Nice inside and courtyard, pool and very comfortable rooms

Lovely place but they should warn guests there is no elevator and climb to the second floor is strenuous! We are 82 and 87 and it was a challenge.

Location is great, as well as the service and food, nevertheless the conditions of the hotel rooms can improve significantly for the price paid. Bathrooms are really small and hot waters take several minutes to flow, beds are also an area to improve.

Wait staff at breakfast (which was ample, Varied and delicious) needs improvement bur otherwise service was excellent.
