whole experience was terrible, i was given a suite with a kitchen , not what i booked. receptionist took his time responding to my arrival after i rang the number at the entrance. Tried to get into my room initialy key would not turn easily , then lock cylinder came out of door, i had to replace it -- took 5 minutes. Room was freezing, only one socket for heater, light and television, no remote for television, went back to entrance had to wait more time for receptionist, he came i told him my problems he said he would get me a second heater or find me another room. After 15 minutes i chatted with expedia via website
problem not resolved, receptionist then rang back and offered a refund said he would not check me in. I booked another hotel for the two nights. Not a nice experience.
