Wonderful stay

Great location and facilities. Check in was a bit of a nightmare as the description to our beach front suit was completely off. The receptionist may as well as given us the description for Timbuktu! We found it eventually and it was a good stay. The food offering at the hotel could be much better but for locals I guess its good. Benihana was just 6 minutes away. I took a walk across the bridge towards Stuart and the views were AMAZING

It was my second time here and definitely not the last one, spacious rooms and very comfortable. Prime location, you can go to the beach tower and enjoy your day in a quiet area just for you. Plenty places to go and eat, a quiet travel around the coastal to enjoy the day. Stuart downtown it’s just 5 mins away so you can spend the day. Definitely I recommend to stay here for relaxing weekend

Could be amazing but it’s not

Location, amenities and the view were spectacular. The room itself was in need of an upgrade. Stains and holes in the carpet, the bathroom looked dirty even though it had been cleaned. We booked a room with a king size bed and pull out couch for 4 people. No bed linens or pillows were left for the pull out. We only received a small quilt and 1 small pillow when we called front desk.

Nice stay. Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable. Hallways at property were not clean and not vacuumed for days. Staff and front desk were very friendly and helpful. Close proximity to the beach.

The resort has been recently renovated and sits on a spacious property that's in decent condition. However, the experience feels quite impersonal, and the staff could improve their focus on customer service. Unfortunately, there’s little that leaves a lasting impression or compels a return visit, making it a one-time stay.

Waited for over an hour for a steamer which then arrived broken. I’ve stay at this hotel many times and will continue. It’s a great hotel that was recently renovated but it seems like customer service and other services could improve.

Room was a good size. Description of what you book has a lot of marketing spin. Beachside means close to the beach. View was view of the parking lot. When I called to ask I was told ‘view of the sunset’. Booked a room with a balcony no chairs and very small. Planned to do breakfast with the sunrise - no chance. Be careful what you book-very misleading and staff spin the story.

This property looks like they have no staff. There was one ice machine on one floor at and that’s it. The elevator was dirty, the balconies were dirty, the public bathrooms had broken tiles and dirty, tables at the pool were dirty, the garbage can as you entered the pool area was Filthy. This would not be a place we would return. Golf course was nice and well manicured. Tons of construction and amenities closed.

Hello, I feel terrible writing a so/so review. This property has real potential. The main pool was freezing. The pool bar staff wasn't very friendly and seemed overwhelmed. Speaking of the pool, no music! And no TVs!! There isn't much to do unless you drive to DT Stuart so they really need to maximize this property with things to do and ways to make people want to hang out in the pool area. The hotel lobby isn't much either. The store was empty. I mean bare shelves. I overheard they are going through renovations and should be done soon but in the mean time tvs and music would have been the least they could do.

Avoid this place.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your property, as I believe it's important to provide honest feedback. Having stayed at your place before, I initially used to dock my boat in the marina when it was still open. Unfortunately, the marina started to collapse and fall into the ocean, which was quite a disappointment. It's a shame that this place did not improve along with it. I've added some photos to illustrate my concerns. For the past five years, I've frequently visited the pools and bars, and I've witnessed the gradual deterioration of the facilities. The siding on the building is falling off and looks dangerously unstable. Despite claims of renovation, the condition of the property suggests otherwise. The bar manager's attitude was quite disheartening, as they seemed to treat guests as a bother rather than providing a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the food was subpar, and the pool at the beach building is in a state of disrepair. The buildings are connected by a tent, which initially appears cool but has unfortunately created an echo chamber that makes the hotel incredibly noisy. It is one of the loudest hotels I've ever stayed in, and it feels like the walls are made of paper. Overall, the property feels like a dump, and I would advise against visiting.

One overnight stay with a beach view. Struggled to figure out where to check in on the property. Beach view was from the living room of the suite, but not the bedroom. Our bedroom window looked out on the hallway next to the elevators. I called to politely ask if a room change was possible to be able to see the beach from the bed which is what I thought I was paying for. Staff was a little rude and took a long time to see if anything else was available, only to tell us nothing was, even though property seemed relatively empty. Pool facilities were supposed to be available until 10pm. We went down to use the hot tub around 9pm. There were no towels, no towel attendant, and ugly netting up on a construction area right next to the hot tub. Pool bathrooms were already locked. The room was average, could use some touch up paint. We were encouraged to park in the “parking garage” under the building. The ceiling was so low that our truck almost didn’t fit. Room was clean, pillows were comfortable, mattress was decent. TV was extremely slow to respond to the remote. I doubt I would stay here again.
