Very comfortable nights sleep.
The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and we had a real choice of pillows. The fridge, the microwave and the heating/cooling system worked. The bathroom was sparkling. Will definitely stay again. Also, a nice selection of restaurants near by

I want to start by saying that the front desk staff was helpful and kind. We got in late and it was an easy check in. Went to our room and as soon as we opened the door there was a musty / old cigarette smoke smell. Went to turn a light on in the bathroom and there was something smeared all over the light switch. I never do this, but I went and asked for a new room. Front desk employee was apologetic and quick to move us. Moved to a new room, same smell, but appeared cleaner. We were tired after being on the road and because it was late we just sucked it up and stayed since it was just a place to sleep. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

checkin was smooth and our room was on the back so it was quiet but the notice in the elevator said that due to cleaning staff shortages, rooms are not cleaned daily. This lack of staff was reflected in the state of our room - it needed a good thorough cleaning: bathroom and flooring throughout needed a real deep clean. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed the pool and hottub after a long day of driving. Breakfast was a nice treat and got us off to a good start for our journed home.

Good pool, hot tub and breakfast
We took our grandsons here for one night on the way to Wildlife Safari. The location is good, right off the freeway but we did not hear freeway noise. It was quiet and the pool and hot tub were a good size and in good working order. The beds were comfy and the room clean. My built in hairdryer broke so I asked for another since I didn’t have one with me and they brought it very quickly. Breakfast provided a lot of choices. Overall a great stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
