Total ripoff with terrible staff
Terrible staff and service. Could not check in properly. Had to ask for towel, toilet paper, and water. Filthy and clearly had not been cleaned or had sheets changed in a long time. Staff also lied about availability of airport transport. Might be the sort of thing to expect from one of the many $5 places in Bali but certainly not from a $20+ place. Avoid at all costs!
