1st stay in this hotel . Very famous. There are the nice restaurant on the top . You can see the shanghai city view. A lot of little restaurants nearby. Sevice is good too. Very good location. Will stay next time too

It’s clean and it’s right in the heart of things. The front desk staff are very friendly. But the terrible thing happened. Someone opened my small suitcase and stole all my cash. I reported to the hotel and hopefully they track the person down. So safety is a big concern if you are thinking staying there.

I stayed here for 5 consecutive nights and had a very comfortable stay. The surroundings, building, facilities and hospitality of this hotel are excellent. Unfortunately there were two disappointments. The first one was that the side dishes from the breakfast buffet were not good, especially the Western-style dishes. The second is that there is no power outlet at the bedside.
