Always making you pay for extras. Reserved a two people two bed room and my room was not available because I reserved through a “third party” according to front desk staff. Needed to pay an upgrade for a too bed room. Front desk staff very rude.

I had no fridges no microwave no kitchen lots of hidden fees. Parking garage is $30 coming in and out. Spent a total of 120 for garage parking for the three days that I was there. We weren’t handed a little map of the casino floor plan and where things were located.

Not greatest stay
Walked into room and 2 huge bags of linen sitting on the floor, don’t know if clean or dirty. Housekeeping came up to the room to pick it up and just opened the door didn’t even knock as I was getting dressed. The iron in our room did not work. The bathroom shower took a while to get hot water and made this terrible sound while running. Not sure what outrageous resort fee is for because WiFi was terrible, pool obviously not open.
