Family trip
The hotel was 5kms from tokyo train station and shoppings, which was about 1 hour walk. but a subway station is located 5 mins walk to the hotel. Team Lab planets was about 15 mins walk . Restaurants and shops was only about 20 mins walk, though there is a restaurant in the hotel.and also a 24 hour seven eleven , I Which I loved . So handy for dinner ,beer, late night ice cream and ice coffee for me. The staffs were polite, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, good views of the city. We would stay here again.

You have to pay for additional coffee in your room
We had a good stay at this hotel. Location was good, view from the window was good, and clean. The room was a bit small to comfortably walk around, with the side of the bed almost touching the wall. The room amenities were fine, but you could only have 1 coffee serving to drink. We requested for additional coffee but was told to pay for it. I think that's the 1st time in my life to be told to pay for coffee in the room. Anyway, the buffet breakfast was nothing special. A bit disappointed that they didn't have more fresh seafood options considering that the famous fish market was only a few steps away.

Very clean and new, walking distance 2 blocks to sushi dai, get ticket at 5am then having breakfast after at 6am, went to hot springs after that. Hard to find a place to eat for late night dinner around the hotel but walking distance to La la port about 20 minutes

The place is okay for the price. The room is small but clean. There are only a few dining options downstairs, which is not ideal. Excellent location for what was planned for first two days of my itinerary for teamLab planets, toyosu fish market and the tuna auction, Senkyaku Banrai Rooftop Footbath, Divercity with Gundam statue...also staff was excellent and helpful...many thanks to Gurung and her manager for resolving a mistake that was made to the room as well..would recommend and come back again
