Good stay. Not great. The AC in the room put off a REALLY musty smell. I noticed it every time I entered the room, although it faded before long. (Or rather, I got acclimated to it.) But for those first few minutes each time I entered the room, it smelled like cat pee. ugh. (This was room 1133, btw.)
Anyhow, the front desk staff was lovely, the cleaning staff was pleasant, the TV had an HDMI port that I could plug my Switch into and the Otsuka area was nice if not busy. There's a Family Mart and a Lawson on either side of the hotel, and a 7-11 on the other side of the station. There's a Picaso (a mini-Don Quixote store) next to the 7-11 and a McDonalds (with self-ordering and table service) and a Starbucks across the street from it.
I started to wonder why APA hotels don't have a "Do Not Disturb" sign. When a cleaning day falls on the day before I'm going to check out, it REALLY feels like I could hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign and let them clean the room after I've checked out. But, alas, there's no "Do Not Disturb" sign to be found.
