Not friendly, poorly maintained
The staff was quite unfriendly and did not listen to our concerns. The first room was a wrong type, the second one still had trash bin dirty after the previous guests. Even after mentioning this, it was not clean for the next hours. Overall, the hotel doesn't offer a good experience apart from nice views from the top floors.

Solides Hotel am Rande der Altstadt
Das Radisson Blu in Erfurt liegt direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber relativ sauber (etwas staubig in den Ecken). Der Fitness Bereich hat eher Alibi Funktion, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Andrang im Speisesaal war normal. Der Service war außergewöhnlich freundlich, schnell und aufmerksam. Die Parkplatzsituation ist im Umfeld etwas angespannt, aber wir konnten im benachbarten öffentlichen Parkhaus günstig online vorreservieren. Gerne jederzeit wieder!
