Do not stay or try to book this hotel. I reserved a room and the reception said we do not have available rooms at all. If you do not have a room how was I able to reserve a room. They stole my money and they did not refund it to me. Keep your money and find other better hotel. SCAM ALERT. PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE

one of the worst experiences I have had. I was traveling with my wife and two small kids, first the receptionist didn’t give us our rooms although I had a confirmation for staying there for three nights and all paid for. She was claiming that it was not paid for by the booking company which was a complete lie and that we have to pay all over again or they will kick us out. Then the manager came who was very rude, abusive and swearing at us and my family which made my kids cry and get scared. The police was called and they had to take him away, he was completely out of control even his staff were scared of him. We came out of the hotel and the police were kind enough to help us to find another hotel in the middle of the night. In short, this hotel is a scam, the staff are horrible and rude so if you don’t want to ruin your vacation please don’t even consider staying here.
