Great stay in central Copenhagen hotel
Good hotel very convenient for centre and right next to the railway station. Comfortable and quiet (apart from the quiet rumble of a passing train). Breakfast was good but it would be nice to have some variety on different days. Personally I didn’t like the semi automation of check in etc - whilst it was quick, I prefer human interaction .

Pleasant Stay at Historical Hotel
Was drawn to the historical hotel which is just next to Copenhagen Railway station. Also most tours depart from there, so it was convenient. Adequate basic room amenities. Most eco-friendly hotel we have been to - need to book housekeeping the night before, coffee/tea-making facilities (& fruits) available at the lounge reception 24/7. Reception staff very helpful. Daily breakfast variety status quo.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in a twin room. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary hot drinks and fruit in reception. The hotel is very well located for Central Station and Tivoli. We would highly recommend and definitely return.

Historical hotel with technical/Managment problems
I received Room 104 with broken heater/radiator. Room was changed only on the 2nd night. Room 104 was above train line - very noisy and floor/walls vibrated. Room 104 doesn’t had blackout curtains. Management ignored communication massages on Hotels.com Management refused compensation.

Retro Modern with lots of charm
Lots of retro charm. Hotel was built mid 1930ties and has for certain been a place where history unfolded during 2nd World War. Many things from the past has been neatly kept and preserved. Great location next to main train station and metro. Super friendly staff. Always happy to assist and make your stay as easy and comfy as possible. Highly recommended. Michael.

BicI little hotel right by the train station. Typical European continental breakfast. Weekends end at 11 not 12 like Expedia says. It was good and simple. Room was pretty large and spacious. And I appreciated having a window I could open for some fresh air. Shower was good other than the short door getting water all over the floor. Beds were comfortable would have enjoyed another pillow. Two pillows for a big bed was a bit annoying. I also really appreciated the cast feature to their tvs. It’s a great feature i wish more hotels had.

Not recommended
Very noisy, heard the trains roll in with screaming brakes every three minutes, with a short break between 02 and 05. The curtain didn’t fully cover the window, and police cars passing with lights on lit up the room completely. Very cold in the room as well. Staff is friendly and the hotel design in nice, but overall not a good hotel due noise.

Pros Staff were all lovely Location was great for public transport with trains, taxis and metro available on the doorstep Beautiful art deco style building Decent breakfast buffet Cons This is a very noisy property, with regular noise and vibrations from the trains. Not recommended for light sleepers. Small rooms Breakfast buffet was chaotic when we tried to eat at the same time as a coach party - we got turfed out of our seats twice due to people saving tables for their friends. Not very well organised.
