On arrival we were not welcomed or shown to our rooms, the staff barely spoke to us, the experience felt unprofessional. We booked a room with two bedrooms, but even after complaining and being moved to another room, we did not get this.
The room was dirty - dirty finger prints all over the walls, stained chairs and ant infested. On one of the days the room had not been cleaned, no clean towels etc.
Walls are thin, so a lot of noise, and some how when our neighbours had a cig the smoke would fill our room.
We did not feel safe at this property due to the unprofessional running of the place. I would not recommend this holiday to anyone.
