A nice place to stay in Madrid! The location is excellent, just a couple of blocks from Gran Via, within walking distance to major attractions and Metro stations. However, a downside is the lack of individual control over the A/C system in the rooms. We were informed that the temperature is set for the entire hotel and cannot be adjusted by room. As a result, we experienced a temperature of 77°F at night.

It was very well situated…only 10 feet by Gran Vía. Everybody was wonderful, from Antonio to Carmen at the entrance. The only thing is that the city of Madrid Doesn’t clean around and is dirty all around the hotel. Inside the hotel clean and nice!

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great location. The room was big enough for us, the only downfall was that the heat was still on in the building and we found it quite warm. If we ever get the chance to return to Madrid, we would definitely stay here again!
