I'm going to start with the negatives and then I will go with the positives.
Negatives: When we arrived, we went the "Lobby" of Hotel 55. It wasn't a lobby, it was more like an office desk with a partition.
Then a gentleman put our luggages in a golf cart and drove us like 5 blocks to the hotel. He took our luggages upstairs in an extremely tiny cute elevator. We were routed to La Maison d'arte Spagna. The bathroom didn't have any counter space, like zero.
The room was extremely, extremely, extremely tiny. There was barely any room whatsoever for three of us that are normal weight. None of us are overweight. You can barely move in this room, especially when you have two large luggages and three carry-ons. There was no closet, nor a dresser to place your clothes. Just imagine having three luggages open and trying to maneuver in a very tight room. There was barely any room to walk in front of the queen size bed and there was no Luggage in front of the bed. The room was extremely uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin. Better hope not to have a room next to newlyweds, or your not sleeping. Amazingly, there was a hotel room, literally, inside the breakfast area. The door to the room was literally, inside the breakfast area. Never seen anything like that.
Positives: The view from our small but cozy balcony was amazing. You MUST request a private balcony with a view of the Piazza del Popolo, a huge church in front. If not you may be looking at another building
