This is a fantastic property for a stay in Bologna. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and bathrooms, walking distance to train station and all major sites in Bologna. Minutes away from great restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!!

Very clean and comfortable. Nice coffee/tea service and fridge in the room. We were on the street side, which was noisy. Otherwise a great stay and conveniently located to great food and shopping.

Really Good
We stayed just one night. Hotel was really easy to access and close to restaurants, bars and main streets. The hotel is in the apartment has 4 or more separate rooms with its own bathrooms inside it. Lady in the hotel was really nice and helpful. She gave us some tips about the city. Room was clean not so big but quite enough. We were able to leave our luggage until our departure time. Overall I can recommend this hotel to stay in.

Clean and modern, great location
A bit hard to find at first, but from then on it was all positive. Room was normal sized, clean and modern. AC did its job. Location is actually really good - close to the touristy areas like the Piazza Maggiore, but not too close, so the restaurants nearby are good and didn't feel like tourist traps. Walkable from the train station, took us about 12 minutes.

Superb accomodation in very central location.
Fabulous room. Very comfortable. Generous provision of biscuits and sweets along with tea/coffee etc. Fridge in the room too. Very friendly, helpful owners. Superb, central location. Everything is nearby. This is a very walkable city. Buses almost certainly not needed when staying here. Only 10 minutes walk from station. The best advice from owners before we stayed was to get a taxi from the airport. We would never have found the hotel otherwise! The entrance is very hidden even if you find the street! Taxi was only 20Euros anyway. Virtually the same as 2 tickets on the Marconi Express to the station. Fantastic value for money. We'd be very happy to stay here again.

Super lille værelse, på en meget central placering i Bologna. Denne B&B ligger i en ombygget herskabslejlighed. Fungerer rigtig fint - minder om et lille hotel. Morgenmad var ikke inkluderet i prisen, hvilket er lidt underligt når det hedder Bed&Breakfast. Men det gjorde os ikke noget. Vi havde håbet på en altan, men det var også helt ok med værelse ud til vejen.

Quarto e banheiro excelentes , super novinhos, reformados e limpos. Cama confortável, chuveiro excelente. A localização é boa, fica bem no início da ztl e em 15min andando você chega no centrinho de Bologna. Voltaria!
