Perfect location, clean, tea and coffee making facilities in room, hairdryer, iron and ironing board(which I used), I asked reception for more milk and was given a handful no questions asked. I have stayed here about 5 times and look forward to many more visits.

Went for a weekend away and even though the location was great and also parking right next door the staff were rude. The room was run down with peeling paint and the bathroom was pretty dirty with stained floors and bath tub. Wouldn’t reccomend unless those things didn’t both you.

Please make sure your tetnus is up to date, this hotel must have been fantastic 50 years ago. Doors not working, faulty lifts... the list goes on. Horrendous bathroom... best part was the hotel location.... very very strange hotel!

The hotel in an excellent location. The decir is in need of updating, but my room was clean. The checkin and checkout process was smooth, but during my one night stay, not one member of staff smiled at me. Compared to elsewhere in Liverpool this was very unusual.

Not great guys, must do better.
The Hotel internet was non existant, I refused to work or even allow me to connect with either my phone or my laptop. I reported it to be told as laptops are seen as unsafe, its designed to not allow a laptop to connect, eh? What does a business travel then do? I was there on business and got zero work done due to this problem, waste of money and travelling time.
