Excellent place to stay
I stayed here for 2 night and felt like it was home from home! The accommodation was clean and I had everything I needed, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful! The view from the dining room and the guests lounge were breathtaking. The room that we were allocated wasn't very comfortable. We weren't able to pick a room, we were allocated it when I paid via Expedia. We couldn't pass each other in the room, one person had to either squeeze into the corner or stand on the bed so as to allow the other to pass. There were other rooms available that were larger, but we were told that we had picked our room when we booked. Which wasn't true. The female owner was very rude to my wife on the 1st morning of our stay in the dining room in front of other guests. My wife took our empty plates and placed them on the table that the owner was using to put out the breakfasts for us to collect ourselves. There was no table service. My wife done this, thinking that she was being helpful and to clear our table. But the owner told her not to put the plates on the table and to leave them cluttering our table. Her tone was very abrupt and rude, especially in front of other guests. There was a small ice maker by the front door, but it rarely had any ice in it. The gate that allowed you to enter the garden was stiff to open, and once opened there was a very dangerous raised manhole. The garden wasn't illuminated which made entering it even more dangerous. In all, our stay wasn't as pleasant as we were hoping. And we would never book to stay there again or recommend it to anyone

Great B&B
Lynda and Rob are really accommodating, good service and lovely breakfast and maintained to a good standard. The guest lodge is situated well if you want to go off for the day with free parking on site. The guest house is near the top of a steep hill so you either get a good workout or need to get the bus/ taxi back which are both easily accessible.

My Daughter and I enjoyed a three night stay at the excellent Panorama Guest House in Newlyn. Even before we arrived the friendly professionalism was evident in the emails explaining the measures put in place because of COVID and answering my request to park before check in and go off for a wander. On arrival it was obvious how the place got its name as the view was spectacular. When we did check in Lynda was very welcoming and friendly, explained how everything would work (breakfast etc.), and pointing out a few places worth a visit. This willingness to engage and give useful, friendly advice continued throughout our short stay. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and we had all the teas/coffees etc. that we had requested. The breakfast offer is excellent from my ‘full English’ (complete with black and hogs pudding!) to my Daughter’s fruit, seeds and porridge (and one lovely scrambled eggs on toast). A great set up for the day. All in all I thoroughly recommend the Panorama and we will certainly be returning in the not too distant future.

Perfect stay at Panorama Guest House
I stayed at Panorama Guest House with my husband from 10.07.20 to 12.07.20 From the beginning of our stay everything was perfect. The property owner welcomed us with a big smile and she explained us all rules to keep us safe from covid19. Breakfast was served every morning and it was delicious. Perfect weekend with nice weather and very nice room
