I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was incredibly disappointing despite the positive reviews. First, the check-in process took 10 minutes. We were two families, but the rooms were allocated at opposite ends of the hotel. When we arrived, people were smoking, drinking, and barbecuing in the parking lot, which made us feel unsafe. We requested rooms closer together and eventually got them, but the key to the new room didn’t work. It took three attempts to activate the key, and they finally gave us a master key.
The room itself was awful—there was no lock on the bathroom door, and the AC sounded like a running generator. The bathroom felt like a dungeon, and part of the ceiling in the room was exposed. I couldn’t even find where they kept the towels.
Late at night, I went to the reception and waited for 20 minutes with no staff in sight. When someone finally showed up, they hesitated before giving me a fresh set of towels.
The pool was covered and unavailable, and the parking lot was filled with large vehicles, making me wonder if they rented the space out. Breakfast was practically non-existent—just some bread and muffins that even the staff wouldn’t eat. Overall, a terrible experience.
