The staff I presume a couple spoke no other language but Italian.
When I arrived I was told I had no reservation and I had to get expedía involved even though I had already paid. I booked a superior quadruple room but was not allowed to have a 1 to stay overnight or even to visit , however, they allowed others to have visitors and I even a saw a group of their friends watch a rugby game. They wrongfully kicked me out of hotel in the early hours (4-5 am) of October 20th and wouldn’t let me reason with them they even threatened me to have me arrested if I didn’t leave. I had nowhere to go ,I had to find my way back to Rome , with no cash and no knowledge of where I was.
I’ve never in my life have felt so helpless and mistreated. I want Expedía to have my money refunded in full and have them fine and even revoke their license. This is awful.
