2/10 Poor

I have never stayed at a “hotel” this terrible. The carpet smelled like urine, the bathtub was dirty, towel rack looked like it was about to fall off the wall anytime. The bed was noisy, the spring in the mattress and the sheets made noise every time you move, there was no sound proofing, you can hear people yelling outside in the middle of the night. There was construction/repairs being made and the vehicles used for that were almost blocking the main entrance at all times. I will never stay here again.

It definitely was not maintained. It was suppose to be non smoking, but everything stunk from smoke. The pool was not open nor the restaurant. It was a horrible place to stay.

Our room looked like it was for little people especially in the bathroom. The vanity was very low and so was the toilet. It was a long way down. The tub/shower could use a good cleaning. The bathroom didn't have a mirror. and it looked dated and dingy. We also didn't have enough towels and washcloths for 4 people. When my daughter went to the front desk the gave her one towel and said they were all out. They no longer have the breakfast station like they did before a couple years back pre COVID. The hotel had some remodeling but it didn't give you that comfortable feeling and it didn't look any better than it did before.. When going to the building upon arrival there were people hanging out and a man with a woman said to me "Dont look at my big tittie b*tch!" something like that.. I ignored the comment and kept on walking. Smelled weed in the halls. The hotel did not give me the feeling of being safe. I must say we booked the last room they had through Expedia and it was likely something may be wrong with it. But it was not worth $196 for the night! I stayed at this hotel before when it was called the Days Inn and it was pretty decent then. In the future, I would not book there again. We always stayed there to enjoy our membership passes at Six Flags over the years, but however this place is sliding down the hill. It was pretty decent before but I would pay a little more elsewhere at the rates they offered especially through a booking app.

This hotel needs to be much cheaper for what it is, relative to other available nearby options. Even the nonsmoking rooms smell like cigarettes. Parts of the hallways smell like human and pet waste. It seems like it is largely weekly or monthly rentals.

Dreadful Hotel
Everything was terrible, I’ve never seen anything like it. No greeting, not one bit of assistance with luggage, but of course, when I arrived at the front desk, the person there asked me for the credit card to pay for the booking. Had to pull the luggage rack to the room, then the floor I had get for my room, smelled like skunk and there were a few buckets catching water dripping from some pipes, Room smelled like stale cigarettes . Room phone didn’t work. Had to reprogram my key card several times. Couldn’t get in my room. Ice machine didn’t work. Refrigerator froze my water in less than 3 hours. Restaurant was closed all week. Bar closed. What a disaster. And rear entrance was kept open with a rock, Saw several people walking their dogs in the hotel. Definitely not returning to this establishment, for sure.

The hotel looks old inside, needs some maintenance. Also, the hotel have no generator. We lost electricity for a few hours in the afternoon and it got hot in the room. Temperature outside was 95 degrees. Also, later that night we lost electricity again for about 10 minutes. It was really bad that a hotel is not prepared for a situation like that.

This was a horrible experience. We booked 2 rooms. Upon arrival we discovered that the air conditioning was broken in 1 room. The desk attendant said no other rooms were available. We asked for a refund for that room and was told that we may have to pay for one night. We argued and the man stared me down as if he wanted to fight me. In the end we did get the refund for the one room. The manager authorized it. The other room had a broken dead bolt, a hanging shower head and had the fire alarm going off in the room all night. No one would help with that. Right outside that room were 2 buckets collecting water from the ceiling. The pool was now permanently closed and the continental breakfast was non existent. We asked for towels and was told that they did not have access to any. A woman in the elevator advised that the hotel was now housing people who had nowhere to live. It is no longer just a hotel. This was the absolute worst experience. Rude and scary staff. So horrible!!!!

If u like greasy floors this ones for you
I needed a cheap hotel. I have been to quite a few traveling over the years. This one is in the top 3 of the worst No functionaling pool as stated on website No breakfast not even a donut I was a female traveling with my son The men milling around front door smoking was scary. I didnt go back out after getting to room, just too intimidating. I stayed 3 nights. The room ac was only blowing air not hot or cold. First night i was sweating. On a positive note the front desk made efforts to solve it. Best they could do was get window open(2nd story) i was ok with that and it solved the temperature problem at night. The room floors were like slick with grease? And the headboard was sticky..my hair would literally stick to it. It must have been related to cleaning lady as the last day the slick floors were better as was headboard Of course things were dated and worn which generally doesnt bother me if its cheap. That said i paid forty dollars per night for weekend. This hotel isnt worth that and i didnt catch that when i reserved it. My bad. The nice part they allow pets and the fee was very reasonable The staff tried hard and were all friendly
