We enjoyed being able to watch the river as we bathed in the open air bath. Plenty of amenities provided, staff was super friendly and helpful, and room was lovely and spacious. Japanese breakfast was huge and delicious and it was wonderful to try some regional specialities.

3泊お世話になりました。 野天風呂、朝は川が見え、夜は星が見え、湯温も熱すぎず、とても良かったです。 湯浴みを着て混浴で入れるので、良いと思います！ 朝ごはん付きで予約しましたが、チェックインの時に最終日だけ夕食を付けたいという要望に応えていただき、ありがとうこまざいました！ 旅の最終日に、豪華な晩ごはんが食べられて良かったです！ 外国人スタッフが多かったですが、みなさん良い感じでした。 日本人スタッフは、アットホームな感じでした。 山の中なので仕方ありませんが、カメムシが多かったです… HPの観光のページも参考にさせていただきました。近江町市場、栢野大杉、那谷寺、とても良かったです！！ ありがとうございました！

おもてなし度が高く、とてもリラックスできました。家族5人で泊まったのですが、部屋の中には2部屋あり、普通のお風呂と窓を開ければ露天風呂になる広めの檜風呂があるなど、雰囲気も素敵で最高でした。他にも大浴場や名物の露天風呂もあり楽しめました。館内もきれいで、アメニティも充実してました。帰りにお土産までいただき、また来たい旅館です！

房間有浴衣的外套竟然沒有更換還有上一個訪客反過來吊著，電視櫃上全部都是灰塵，連住兩天沒有至少來收垃圾，沒有沐浴乳跟洗髮精，前房客使用過的茶包跟礦泉水沒有更換，第二天更換浴巾時放在地上。大浴場的整潔有待加強。第一次在日本住過這麼糟的飯店

カメムシが大量に部屋に入っていて大変だった。フロントのスタッフが取ってくれたけど、何十匹居たか分からない。臭いも残って嫌だった。急に増えて宿も困ってるとは思うけど、事前に部屋を確認してそれでも取りきれなければ、部屋に入る前に客に伝えておくべきでは無いでしょうか。
