The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff is amazing. They are very friendly and always greet you with a smile, which instantly makes you feel happy too. The staff consistently checked in about our experience with the food, room, amenities, etc. Any issues we reported to any member of the staff were promptly resolved. We had a great experience. The coral level feels like a boutique hotel within a much larger hotel. Definitely appreciated the coral only dining options and pools / beach spaces - allowed for an air conditioned breakfast / lunch buffet which was nice when it was so hot out. There was also more space between the pool / beach chairs compared to the other areas of the hotel, and plenty of chairs available (in mid-May). It was worth the additional charge for coral level (for us at least). The food was consistently good (perhaps just a little too salty), and some meals were particularly exceptional. The hospitality was great, everyone had a smile on their face and was so friendly. We would happily come back to the coral level Iberostar properties in the future!
