There was bugs in the room they wouldn’t give me a refund they told me they could change my room but the next room has bugs and I explain I didn’t want to stay there anymore they told me they don’t do refunds now I feel robbed for my money from a run down hotel had bugs by the breakfast it was all bad I just want my money back for the bad experience

The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean, bathroom could have been a little cleaner, I noticed a few areas that didn't seem to be wiped down. We had a first floor room with a courtyard view and it was quite noisy in the mornings, you could hear people pushing carts back and forth, I'm guessing it was the staff with laundry carts. Otherwise a comfortable 2 day stay.
