Great Stay!
I recently stayed at the Chelsea Hotel in Toronto and had a fantastic experience. I arrived around 2 a.m., and the gentleman who checked me in was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the late-night arrival much easier. The room itself was very comfortable and provided everything I needed for a restful stay. One of the highlights for me was the market downstairs, which was perfect for grabbing a quick snack or drink before heading out for the day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, and the staff was always attentive and thorough. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto.

Service was great. I mistakenly left my computer bag in the lobby. When I returned in a panic 15-20 min later staff found my bag, secured it around safely and when I arrived they were very quick to check my iD and get me on my way. Thank you so much!!

A big hotel with a big staff
It was so nice to have such generous hot water and a proper bathtub! Location is excellent, right next to Toronto’s version of Times Square. All staff members impeccably dressed and helpful. Don’t think they have room service but the in-hotel restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced. Loved the Caesar salad! Would definitely recommend.

Our first time at the Chelsea and I have to say - it was an amazing experience! Staff were all super friendly, service was amazing and the hotel itself is well equipped for all your needs! We enjoyed the MarketFreah restaurant coffees, snacks and meals! Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay downtown Toronto
