"We had a great stay at Park Central in the heart of the SOBE action. We took full advantage of the complimentary chairs, towels and bottled water for the beach, the bikes and the 15% discount at all the restaurants. We had the spectacular rooftop pool all to ourselves for a few hours. I woke up early every morning to enjoy the view of the sunrise.
The one thing I would mention is that the doors to the alley don’t latch which means anyone can wander onto your floor any time. I hope they’ll fix this problem but in the meantime protect your valuables and be sure to double lock your door when you’re in the room. "
"Loved the room, pool, gym and convenience to shopping
Disliked sheets not changed daily, request for wash clothes don’t like wash my body and face with the same towel "
"We had a new renovated room and it was so nice and clean! Pool and beach service was amazing and everything was very well kept. Great things included with the resort fee/stay. Gretty in the spa is worth the request!! Only negative was the pool bar was being renovated though and wasnt aware it would be closed and some loud noises throughout the stay in room because of that also."
"I enjoyed my stay, the hotel was clean and the view of the ocean amazing. Staff were friendly. The downside was lack of service I presume due to under-staffing. One evening I went through much difficulties just getting an amazon package that had been recieved by Hotel staff. Only one person at the reception and a very long line. Also when calling the reception desk , because TV not working or a Wifi issue, sometimes they didn't pick up. I don't know if it was just that week on if more staff needs to be hired to alleviate the load. I didn't appreciate finding out one day ahead that renovations to the pool were happening for the next month. However, I appreciated the management taking off the Resort Fee because of it. Thank you."
