Elevador precário e não tem frigobar nos quartos
Os quartos não tem frigobar, e o prédio tem uma extensão, que foi o local que fiquei. Só que nessa extensão, o elevador era precário. Tive que buscar água de manhã cedo na recepção (pq eles não entregam no quarto), e fiquei presa no elevador que não tinha botão de pânico nem de telefone. Fiquei gritando até alguém me atender e consertar o elevador. Quando peguei a garrafa de água na recepção a funcionária nem desculpas pediu pelo transtorno. Desde então não o peguei mais! Muito complicado esse tipo de prédio que não tem estrutura.

Cama confortavel, tudo limpinho, porem não aceitaram a troca por outro apartamento que estava disponivel e o cafe da manha que é muito fraco por sinal foi cobrado a parte sendo que esta disponivel no pacote contratado

Foi boa. quando procurei um hotel, coloquei nos filtros com café da manhã. quando cheguei no hotel para minha surpresa não estava incluído. Meu quarto também não tinha frigobar. São itens que poderia ter em todos os quartos.
