I have two items that affected the quality of my stay. First, there was a note taped to the thermostat stating that if the room did not cool to turn the thermostat off and contact the front desk to have maintenance come and check on the issue. Due to my stay being short, I chose not to involve maintenance, but did want to leave a note that during my stay in room 605, the room did not cool down even with both sets of shades closed and both the bathroom and suite doors closed. Second, one of the primary reasons I booked this hotel was that it offered a shuttle to the airport, however, I did not find out until after all my travel was booked, that the shuttle only runs during specific hours, and the time I needed to be at the airport by was too early (5:30am for a 7:30am flight) so I had to book myself an Uber. I believe the shuttle hours should be available to consumers prior to booking to help others not encounter the same issue. Overall these were a mild nuisance and the rest of my stay was enjoyable.
