Nice hotel but room was too hot and street noise
This hotel is conveniently located and seems quite new. The breakfast spread was incredible, parking was easy, and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant was also quite good. We stayed in March, during Ramadan. Unfortunately the room was extremely warm (26 Celsius) and we could not adjust the temperature. The staff offered us a room on a lower floor, but we checked and these rooms were equally warm. I slept with the window open, but the noise from the street (motorcycles, mosques and the Ramadan drumming at 3:00 am) made it hard for me to get a good night of sleep. It seemed odd that the hotel could not turn off the central heat to make the rooms (and frankly the entire building) more comfortable. It was 70 (Fahrenheit) outside during the day.

We were not impressed by the hotel at all. Due to a mistake on our part, we booked rooms for a week later. No effort was made at the desk to help us change the reservation. Although we checked into the hotel as guests with a newly rented room, our request for a possible refund was also denied. Unfortunately, most of the staff could not speak English either. At some points there weren‘t even someone in shift who could speak english with us. In general, we felt very unwelcome by the staff. There were repeated failures with the wifi and television. The Hotel is far away from the inner districts of the city. The pool was also not open seasonally at over 25 degrees, although Expedia indicated it as a hotel with a pool. The corridors smelled of cigarette smoke. Used dirty dishes from room service were sometimes left on the corridor floor for several hours. Generally not even close to a 5 star experience and not recommended.

Ailemle 1 gece konakladık. 3 ayrı oda tutmuştuk. Odalar asla standart değildi. Benim kaldığım odada temizlik kötü durumdaydı. Diğerleri de ortalama altındaydı. Odada bir tadilat yapılmıştı ancak boya temizlik vs yapılmadan öylece berbat halde bırakılmıştı. Isıtma sistemi çalışmıyordu, yastıklarda çok kötü bir koku vardı. Odada kettle var ama leş gibiydi. İnsan bir siler yıkar yahu! Standart gibi görünen odalar arasında da belli ki büyük farklar var. Tek gece kalacak müşterilere kötü durumdaki odaları veriyorlar. İyi yorum yapanlar muhtemelen uzun konaklayanlardır. Bu fiyata çok daha iyisini beklerdim. Personel sayısı kesinlikle yetersiz. Kayseri’den genç futbol takımı gelmişti ve herkes işini bırakıp sadece onlarla ilgilenince geriye kalan müşteriler mağdur oldu. 1 fincan kahveyi 2 saatte getiremediler. Gerekçe ise futbol takımının yemek saati olmasıymış. Özetle memnun kalmadığım bir deneyim oldu.

Bebekli oldugumuz halde park yatak verilmedi , yetersizmiş yemekte mama sandalyesi bulmak bir mucizeydi ve en önemlisi sabun sampyan tarzı seyler hep boştu.

Asla tekrar tercih etmem
Vasatın altı bir deneyimdi maalesef. Bize verilen ilk odaya gittiğimizde klima çalışmıyordu, perde yerinden çıkmış sallanıyordu, odanın tavanları korkunç haldeydi ve temizlikle ilgili de ciddi sıkıntılar vardı, eklediğim fotoğraflardan görebilirsiniz. Resepsiyonu arayalım dedik odadaki telefon da çalışmıyordu 😂 Resepsiyona gittik ve zar zor odayı değiştirdiler. Yeni odada da aynı hijyen problemleri devam ediyordu. Bayram yoğunluğu sebebiyle olduğunu söylediler ama tabii ki bu bizlerin problemi değil. Bir daha tercih etmem.

Ramazan bayramında konakladık. Otel doğal olarak yoğundu ama işletme buna hazır değildi. Rezervasyonlarda çocuk belirtilmesine rağmen çocuk yatağı kalmadı dediler bize ve bir sürü aileye. Kahvaltıda çeşit çoktu ama lezzet ve kalite yoktu. Tüm otelin kahvaltısıyla masa toplama servis açma vs 3-4 genç arkadaş ilgileniyordu, doğal olarak yetişemiyorlardı. Odaları standart büyüklükteydi. Bakımdan geçme zamanı gelmişti.

Odamız baya güzeldi konforlu ve genisti.ama bayram dolayısıyla cok yoğundu ve saatlerce resepsiyon telefonu acmadi ve ek yatak getirilmedi.sabah kahvaltıya 09.30 da inmemize ragmen tüm unlu ürünler bitmişti ekmek ve yenilenmedi.tum bu eksikliklerin bayram dolayısıyla olduğunu düşünmekle birlikte böyle kurumsal bir otelin bunu öngörerek harekete gecmesi gerektiğini de düşünüyorum..
