Excellent Hotel with close restaurants and shops
I cannot fault this hotel one bit, me and the Mrs love walking everywhere and everything was within reach, there was a local mini market for snacks and cold drinks right outside, a shisha bare opposite, the main strip just a street behind, access to KFC, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and other restaurants, 25 min walk to Koutubia Masjid and Jmaa el Fna square (souk) - hotel is very clean, staff very friendly and breakfast delicious, I always ended up making a paratha BLT lol, Moroccan tea is just yum! Room is very clean, bathroom is very clean with a bidet, balcony to hang washed clothes (came handy) and they also printed out my boarding pass for me too! 5* many thanks

Our stay was very enjoyable and all the hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is situated a 1/2 hours walk to the markets, museums, and a lot of other attractions. Breakfast was simple , a choice for most people's tastes.

Great hotel
The hotel is small but everything needed is there . Lobby is small but has a roof top pool to cool off in hot weather . Bed is comfortable and the room is clean with adequate furniture. Great location, excellent value for money
The location is great for Gueliz and the Medina, which is only a 20-minute walk away. The rooftop pool area is really nice and the included breakfast has a good array of treats. There’s a second pool down by the kitchen too, which is a cute spot. Many of the staff are lovely and really helpful, and they made us feel very welcome - especially the bell hop and the breakfast waiting staff. The desk staff aren’t really that interested in helping, but they’re generally polite. This is an excellent value option, and there are tons of nice places to eat and drink nearby, which is handy as the hotel doesn’t serve alcohol or much in the way of food after breakfast. The no-alcohol aspect is true of quite a few places in the local area, which is of course fair enough, but good to be aware of if you like a drink.

Our Fifth Stay
The staff, location and price make this hotel great. We have stayed here many times. The hotel is not luxury, but we have sufficiently enjoyed it. However, this year we felt the rooms are starting to show some wear and tear. They are starting to look a little tired. They could use a refresh of furniture and lighting. The breakfast is still very good and plentiful. Most of the staff who work direct with guests are very friendly and very helpful. Overall, for overpriced Marrakech, this is still a very good medium priced hotel in an excellent location.

Firstly the hotel location and pool/lounge were great. However the rooms were dirty and not clean. On the bed sheets we found long hair on our pillow and had stains on our bedsheets. The hotel staff was mixed, some were nice, some weren’t, some didn’t bother with their job and watch YouTube videos all day. One lady was very difficult at reception. I complained about the iron not working and she made it a big deal. Despite her ordering a new iron her attitude was great when other customers were around, however her attitude was different when I went to speak to her alone. Clearly demonstrates her willingness and attitude was very unpredictable. The 2 gentlemen at reception also said check in was 3 pm when it clearly said 2pm on the booking but we didn’t check in until 3:30pm. A few guys were very nice such as the ones at the top of the pool and in the restaurant. The gentleman at the front door was very nice and welcoming. The other staff at the reception desk should learn from their younger peers. The older man who looked after our bags was very nice and friendly. The cleaning team was also good. Only the reception desk people were different and had bad attitude.
