Upon arrival at the hotel we discovered it was under going reconstruction & remodeling, which made it difficult to enter and exit the lobby. There were nails and screws on the sidewalk and parking lot. When we booked our room we were never told about any construction going on or we would never have stayed there. In our room, the toilet would not flush or fill with water and the shower head only sprayed in one stream. The shower head was replaced, but the toilet still had filling issues. We would have preferred the room being made up every day instead of every other day, which again, we didn't know about until we arrived. And that sliding door that either is the bathroom door if pulled one way, or the closet door when pulled the other is a total pain in the ass. All in all, a three night stay that cost us just under $700 was a royal ripoff. We will not be returning to this Hampton Inn ever.
