During our first visit, we had to sleep on a rusty and dirty surface due to the change of direction of our pillow at night, and despite reporting the situation in the lobby, no response was received. The photo of the relevant pillow is attached.
During our last stay, as soon as we checked in late, we encountered unacceptable cleaning deficiencies such as sticky marks in the room, dried urine marks in the toilet and used cigarette butts in the shower. Although these issues were reported to you, only temporary and inadequate cleaning was provided and the problems were not completely resolved. As a result, my girlfriend avoided using the toilet, it was not possible to move comfortably in the room without shoes and we could not benefit from your shower. (The butt was not taken despite the cleaning lady taking a photo of it) Considering that we stayed in a good room in a 5-star hotel, we cannot accept this decrease in standards. Accordingly, I request a refund for our accommodation.
