Overall ok
We had a jacuzzi suite for the weekend. It was mostly ok. The bathroom, jacuzzi, and bed were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. We were on the first floor and had to go to the second floor for ice. The fridge was in need of defrosting and smelled like seafood or broccoli. Cleaning staff clearly only covers required areas. There was a chair in the corner of the room that had mildew on the bottom rails and cobwebs behind it. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and conveniently located for our plans. Having Walmart right next door also came in handy a couple times.

What I needed
It was a relaxed stay. Bed was comfy. A/C wasn’t noisy. I had zero issues. But I’m easy to please. I’m not looking for five star accommodations. Just a comfortable place to shower, relax, and sleep. This fit the bill. Also of note. Applebees, Steak and Shake, Walmart are very easy walking distance. You also have Wendy’s, Chipotle, and Cracker Barrel not too far. Across the highway there is a Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Burger King and an Arby’s. Hope this helps.

Good hotel with good service but specifically booked this hotel because of the pool/hot tub. When I showed up I was told the hot tub was out of service. I get things happen but they should notify their customers before they check in.

The beds were ridiculously tiny. No way five of us could fit comfortably between the two full beds. I asked for a cot. The front desk staff member told me she didn’t have time to find me one. She also told me it would not fit in the room when really, there was plenty of room for one. Breakfast was stale with limited choices. The vending machines were broken. Not a very pleasant stay.
