One of the best hotels we ever stayed. Our room was not large but it was comfortable and we had enough space to put our stuff. The service was impeccable the people that work at this hotel could not be friendlier. They help us with dinner suggestions, buying bus tickets, tourist attractions. They served us delicious breakfast that was freshly prepared every morning. We had the best view of the Douro River. I would stay there again!

Room was great, small by Canadian standards but met our needs. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was amazing. We were to board a ship close by and weren’t sure a cab would work out for several reasons. I was told if it didn’t they would walk the luggage down to ship for us! Couldn’t ask for more

We had an amazing time here! The hotel and rooms are very cozy and the staff are all amazing! The location is on the waterfront and we could walk (comfortably) to everything we wanted to see and do. Do be aware though if you or anyone in your party has mobility issues that Porto is very hilly and that most things will be an upwards walk from the hotel. The breakfast area was really nice and attentive staff look after you. I would definitely stay here when we come back too Porto.

Lovely spot, right on the river but still quiet and close to the old town. The service from the whole team was excellent and the breakfast was superb. The room was very small but had everything we needed and as the weather was really good for February we were out all day. Lots of great restaurants within a stones throw. Definitely recommend. This is a wonderful property with very friendly staff. They have about eight rooms so the service is very personal. The breakfast was an unexpected surprise with lots of fresh fruits would definitely stay here again as it is very close to lots of restaurants and tourist attractions.
