We checked OUT about 10 min after seeing our room. the cigarette smoke was just too heavy Everywhere! So much for smoke free rooms! My daughter is allergic to cigarette smoke so we left.

Very dirty.
Right when we walked through the front door, we were terrified after witnessing an almost dog fight. A larger dog tried to attack a small dog and the owners could barely hold it back. The condition of the hotel is awful. The carpet was absolutely disgusting with pet stains all over it. I would have left and asked for a refund if I had booked directly through them.

Disappointed!
There were hairs in the bath tubs, dog food on the floors, and generally just not very clean at all. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one was just not up to par. Maybe they are short staffed as I don’t normally see this kind of lack of hygiene.

Go anywhere else!
The outdoor arears are clean and thete is a nice shady area to walk dogs around the main building. Thats where it ends! The inside of the building is VERY run down to say the least. It only gets worse when you get to the room. The first room we were given had not been cleaned or someone was still in it. The second room had been made up but was far from clean. The sheets had yellow stains. The counter tops are peeling. There were finger prints on everything! The closet shelf is hanging half off the wall and there were so many crumbs and pieces of food and debris under the bed it looked like a 10 year old buffet. The free breakfast consisted of a packaged muffin and coffee in a thermos. The only positives I have to mention are the freeway accessibility and the nightime front desk girl is extremely nice and welcoming.

This hotel is dirty beyond believe Brushed our teeth in the kitchen sink because the bathroom was so filthy. Skipped the shower altogether, wouldn’t subject my dog to it. Stay clear away from this hotel. Paid $114.00 dollars and slept on the towels I had in my car

I booked on Expedia and found the hotel for half the cost I paid on expedias website. They did not have breakfast like Expedia’s website said. They had coffee and small muffins.
