Ok, but not ok
Breakfast was 6-9am Day 1, i went down @ 830am & there was barely any food, so i only had toast, jam & juice. Day 2, i went down @ 8am & everything was low & had to wait on each item to be refilled. So when waffle batter was finally refilled i had to wait 10 in line to make waffles Day 3, i left @4am, so no breakfast...but this was expected. When staying at hotel with breakfast, i used to the staff being attentive to the supply & constantly refilling everything. I left postcards at the front desk to be mailed, but the attendant did understand what I was asking him to do. I just wanted him to put iy out in with their US mail. I havent heard yet that my postcards were reveived. I did leave a note for the manager to mail them out & left my cell number if there were questions, but no one has called me, so i hope they wrre eent out. The room was acceptable, but the breakfast sercice & staff knowledge was below standards.

Hector was the most rude person I have ever met in my life just because I didn’t need him to clean the room when we were asleep and said that he could kick me out if he wanted to acting like that was his hotel I’ll never stay here I’d rather pay drury because they make me feel like family unlike this hotel this hotel acts more like a motel so unprofessional .

It was ok until i needed more clean towels. I asked housekeeping for some and some man told me i needed to give him my dirty ones he said cause disgusting people that would stay there would steal their towels. This was a first for me to get told that. Every hotel i have stayed at i never had this problem. Its sad because not everyone steals and to be treated this way was uncalled for.

⚠️WARNING⚠️BEWARE ⚠️
⚠️WARNING⚠️ Disgusting dirty lazy workers. NASTY facility, very unprofessional, inconsiderate rude cocky and distrespectful employees. I've gone to severely locations, many different hotels & rarely make degrading comments about facilities that I've visited, but this place for the fee per night they expect customers to pay??? UGH!!! Moment I walked in, carpets were dirty, trash all over floor, front desk dirty & sticky. Lobby freaking smelled like a females junior high locker room. Rep at desk was on personal phone laughing and joking; not eager to assist for check in. Making me have to wait for his conversation to end. Then, immediately after, it was a semi bald older heavy set Maintenance man came to counter & interrupted my check in time to inquire about some personal items left for him at front desk. Took them both more than 4 minutes to decide what they wanted to do to help better serve THEIR need. Forget i was the PAYING customer. Hall way on 3rd floor stunk severely like heavy mildew. Floors are very dirty. Room was clean, set up correctly. Bed was decent but had spotted stains thru out sheets. Questionable spots. Comfort of bed was OK. Blow dryer connection was broken. Wires exposed in restroom. In closet, iron plug was scattered thru out, pieces of trash inside on floor and smells funny. Hot tub DOES NOT work. Covered in Lead. CRITICAL DANGER! I do not recommend this facility for more than $40's a night per room. Had pix can't download

It’s a 6/10. Breakfast was kind of nasty. Not a lot of selection. Receptionist didn’t really understand when I said to charge on my physical card I had and he charged a card on file I didn’t want to get it charged on. Room was very old. Shower looks old that it looks unclean but it’s just old. Won’t stay here again. It was affordable but not worth it.
