Lovely hotel in a great location
Excellent four day stay. Hotel is conveniently located to lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Large bathroom that’s very clean with ample hot water and good pressure. Breakfast buffet is superb. So much variety. There’s something for everyone. Great service except for one older short lady who yelled at me for getting a coffee mug to get water. It was kind of embarrassing as my eyesight isn’t the best and I took one from be second shelf. I didn’t think that warranted being yelled at as nothing was harmed. Even another staff member apologized and was embarrassed with me. Other than one incident, everything else was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.

With 40/50 hotel nights per year and a good amount of trips to Singapore I cant recommend this hotel to business travellers. It looks 20 years old and features are way outdated. Friendly staff couldnt make up for this.
