Decent for one night stat
It was only for one night which was great because the room smelled like mold! There were dirty wash clothes left in the tub. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The staff was great. Half of the hallway was missing carpet, it was just concrete.

Property is under renovation and will be more than suitable once done I’m sure. However, at this time the furniture is all outdated and falling apart and as with any renovation there is carpet missing in areas and work is still be done in the rooms. At this time the only thing completed is the floors in the rooms. The staff did do their best to find a room that was in better condition which was very nice of them. The staff made the stay worthwhile which is why I gave it an average rating. I like Expedia who when called were extremely unhelpful.

We had to change rooms because our key wouldn’t work. Half of the flooring was gone in the hallway just concrete. Got up at 6:00am for breakfast and staff said it at 7:00am it’s Saturday!? All more reason to have breakfast early!! We need to go out to hike early and I paid for this Stay and it was not worth what I pains and I didn’t get breakfast!!

was not the best room.
why would the toliet paper be so far away. you have used a towel rack for a security bar in the shower. the back door of the bathroom was nasty. the mattress on the sofa couch was nasty also. the backside was dirty.

Quality inn? Quality OUT!!!
Housekeeper was friendly. Front desk was okay. Night staff was not the best. Asked for extra towels. They made us bring the dirty ones back before giving us replacements. Both of which had to be changed again because they had boogers and stains on them. Bed linen had stains. We were charged $40 per pet per NIGHT. but their only location for pets to use “facility” was an open field next to the hotels in a very poor lit area with no real security. Side door by our room stayed unlocked 24/7 and the washing machine had mold in it. The dryer ate my change and when I went to the front desk to ask them to reimburse me (WITH A VIDEO) showing them the machine doing it, they still questioned me. Was more like a motel than an inn. Had zero quality. And the “free” breakfast consisted of runny eggs.

The hotel was undergoing renovation, so there were some areas where carpet was missing in the corridors. The newly renovated room was nice and the bed was very comfortable, but the showerhead in the bathroom was small and the water pressure was not very strong. The breakfast was mostly carbs and scrambled eggs. Would have liked a little more protein variety.
