The charge for parking was astronomical for the area, $30 a night. It was not secured. The bathroom still had toothpaste remnants from the last occupant. No free breakfast, no free coffee, Starbucks available in lobby but it closes at 10 am. When needing to use the dryer to dry some clothing my daughter got wet from pool, the dryer was $3.00 one time use... Only in quarters. Luckily the front desk had quarters, but no change to break a ten dollar bill. It was not my finest hotel experience.

This property has a shuttle from LAX. It took a bit of time to get the shuttle, but it is a great service! The beds are the most comfortable. I’ve slept in! A great day. There is no breakfast, a coffee bar.

Need a shuttle schedule in hotel description..very
The receptionists were all very helpful and cheerful. Loved being able to pay a lityle extra for a Starbucks breakfast..esp to grab and go early AM This hotel was a VERY pleasant suprise. MY ONLY NEGATIVE..they do not run the airport shuttle after 10pm. I accidentally took a shuttle to another Sonesta. I arrived at 2am only to find it was wrong hotel. The valet arranged a taxi which cost $14 to grt to right hotel. HE said a taxi from airport to right Sonesta would have been $80!! So i guess it worked out. Im not dure i saw shuttle schedule in description..but that shoukd be highlighted. Especially in LA..a 24 city. Very nice hotel otherwise

The hotels housekeeping crew was nice and friendly, the women at front desk agents where nice, my issue arrived was I left my cellphone in the room rushing to my Lyft to get to the airport . I noticed when I made it to the airport I didn’t have my device I than notified the male front desk agent who I had checked out with 15/20minutes prior to my phone call. He said when housekeeping comes to get him he will go and look for the phone (October22). When I returned for my phone (October 25)another agent said the male didn’t log the incident into the system so I waited for him to clock on to ask him myself. He stated the housekeeper didn’t find anything. I said the phone was on the tv stand he said he personally went to look for it but didn’t see it he said maybe it was mixed in with the cover. But if it was mixed into the covers housekeeping would have found it. He said all he could do further, was wait for the next morning to ask housekeeping to research the room to look for the phone. During my stay I went out to breakfast on October 21 and when I returned to the hotel I was locked out because the whole hotels power was out and the building locked itself down I waited about 1 hour before another guest let me in thru a side entrance.

Airport shuttle service was abominable the night we arrived. Rude dispatcher. Terrible communication. I had to call 4 times. We never did get picked up. I will never stay at this hotel again because of that night. I had picked this hotel specifically bc I wanted an airport shuttle and it was a complete waste.
